PURCHASING, PAYMENT, SHIPPING and RETURN POLICIES
PURCHASING
Purchasing guidelines are followed as required by
PayPal and as contained within our Terms of Use
Policy.
PAYMENTS
Payments are accepted via credit/debit card through
PayPal, or personal or business check or money
order.
** NOTE: If payment is made with a check or money
order, the payment must clear the financial
institution prior to shipping.
PayPal does not require an account with them to
purchase using credit cards except for the gift
certificate option.
SHIPPING
Shipping of my products is completed using Ground Shipping only.
Currently we only ship to the continental United
States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
This is
generally a 2 to 7 day shipping period to most areas. This time may be
longer in other areas.
Insurance is required on all shipped merchandise and is included in the
shipping costs of each product.
Shipping and insurance costs do not apply to digital
design work transferred to the customer via email or
download.
Tracking information will always be provided to the
customer.
RETURNS
Although our goal is always a satisfied
customer, and we will always attempt to resolve
all issues and claims
without returns,
there may be times when a return is warranted.
Returns are subject to approval by the seller.
The customer is responsible for return shipping
costs with tracking if dissatisfied with a
product.
The customer must file a claim with the shipper
in the event of a missing shipment or a product
being received in a damaged condition. Insurance
is provided for all products for the
full value
of the product for this purpose.
